The short version

Who you’re actually hiring

Mir Zikir Hilal, founder of Leadivex

Mir Zikir Hilal — founder, and the person who does the work

I’m Mir Zikir Hilal. Leadivex is a one-person performance marketing studio. I have around two years of hands-on paid-media experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit, and I’ve been the sole marketer building everything end to end in lean startup environments — strategy, tracking, creative and optimisation.

I care about one thing: measurable results from your ad spend. When you hire Leadivex, the person who sells you the work is the person who does it.

Why one person is an advantage

  • Nothing gets lost in translation. The person who understood your business on the first call is the one making the bid decisions in week nine.
  • No handoff between strategy and execution. A creative idea and the ad that tests it happen in the same week, not two sprints apart.
  • You’re not paying for overhead. No office, no sales team, no account management layer sitting between you and the account.
  • I can’t hide behind a team. If your account underperforms, there’s exactly one person accountable for it.

The honest trade-off: one person has finite capacity and no cover. When I’m full, I’ll tell you rather than take the work and stretch. If you need a team with redundancy, hire an agency — that’s a real reason to.

How I work

A weekly rhythm, not a monthly surprise

Most small accounts don't fail because of a bad strategy. They fail because nobody looks at them between the launch and the invoice.

Weekly optimisation

Every account gets a pass every week. Not a glance at the dashboard — an actual sitting-down with the search terms report, the ad-set performance and the creative rotation.

  • Search terms read and pruned, negatives extended
  • Budgets moved toward what's converting
  • Fatiguing creative swapped before performance drops
  • Tracking spot-checked, because it breaks quietly

Monthly reporting

A written report you can read in five minutes, in language you'd use yourself. No screenshot dumps, no vanity metrics, no charts that only go up because the axis was chosen carefully.

  • What you spent and what it returned
  • Cost per click and per conversion, with the trend
  • What I changed, and what it did
  • A reforecast — what next month should look like

Principles

Three things I won't compromise on

01

Efficiency over spend

The goal is a lower cost per click and per lead, not a bigger budget. Growth that only comes from spending more isn't a result — it's arithmetic. If the right advice is to spend less, a flat fee means it costs me nothing to say so.

02

End-to-end ownership

Tracking, targeting, creative and optimisation all handled by one person. Nothing falls between roles because there's only one role. It also means I can't blame the creative team for a bad result.

03

Proof-driven

Analytics built from scratch, so decisions are measured rather than guessed. It's why tracking goes in first on every engagement — and why this site has one case study instead of ten invented ones.

Free ad account audit

Easiest way to judge whether I'm any good

Don't take the About page's word for it. Book fifteen minutes, watch me go through your account, and decide from what I find rather than what I claim.

No obligation, no long pitch. You keep the summary either way.
