Services
Three services, one operator
Paid search, paid social and the tracking that makes both measurable. They work best together, but you can start with any one of them. Whichever you pick, the person who sells you the work is the person who does it.
Service 01
Paid Search (Google Ads)
Get in front of people actively searching for what you sell, at a cost that works.
Search is the highest-intent channel you can buy. Someone typing your product into Google has already decided they want it — the only question is who they buy from. Most small accounts lose here not because the channel is expensive, but because the account is structured to spend on everything at once.
Paid Search in detailWhat you get
- Account structure rebuilt — campaigns and ad groups organised around intent, not around whatever was there before.
- Keyword research grounded in what buyers actually type, with match types chosen deliberately.
- Negative keyword lists built from day one and extended every week.
- Search-term pruning — the weekly habit that stops budget draining into irrelevant queries.
- Bid strategy matched to how much data your account actually has.
- Landing-page intent match — a review of whether the page delivers what the ad promised.
Service 02
Paid Social (Meta Ads)
Reach the right audience on Facebook and Instagram with creative that converts.
Social is demand generation, not demand capture. Nobody on Instagram was looking for you — the creative has to earn the attention first. That makes the ad itself the biggest lever, which is why I produce the video rather than briefing it out and hoping.
Paid Social in detailWhat you get
- Audience targeting — interest, lookalike and retargeting audiences built and kept separate so you can read the results.
- Creative testing run as a structured queue, not a pile of ads competing for the same budget.
- Ad-set pruning — losers cut on a schedule so winners get the spend.
- Video ad production — hooks, edits and variants produced in-house, from your existing footage or assets.
Service 03
Tracking & Analytics Setup
GA4, Tag Manager and Pixel done right, so you finally know what your ads deliver.
This is the least glamorous service and the one that changes the most. Without conversion tracking, every optimisation decision is a guess dressed up as expertise. With it, the account tells you what to do next. It's the first thing I install and the first thing I check on any audit.
Tracking & Analytics in detailWhat you get
- GA4 installed and configured, with reports set up around the actions that matter to your business.
- Google Tag Manager as the single container, so future tags don't need a developer.
- Meta Pixel installed and matched to the same event definitions, so platforms agree with each other.
- Conversion events defined for real outcomes — enquiry, booking, purchase — not just page views.
- A tested handover — every event fired and verified before I call it done.
Being straight with you
What I don't offer
One person can be genuinely good at a narrow set of things, or mediocre at everything. I'd rather tell you now and point you elsewhere than take the work and do it badly.
Not on the menu
- SEO retainers. Organic search is a different discipline on a different timescale. I won't sell you a monthly SEO fee.
- Web development. I'll tell you exactly what's wrong with your landing page. I won't be the one rebuilding it.
- Organic social management. No content calendars, no community management, no posting on your behalf.
- Branding and identity work. Logos, naming and visual identity are somebody else's craft.
Also worth knowing
- You own everything. Ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties and creative stay in your name. If we stop working together, nothing leaves with me.
- Ad spend is separate. You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card. I never bill you for media.
- There's a limit to how many accounts I take. One person, weekly optimisation. When I'm full, I'll say so.
- If ads aren't your problem, I'll tell you. Sometimes the offer or the price is the issue, and more traffic won't fix it.
Free ad account audit
Not sure which of the three you need?
That's what the audit is for. Fifteen minutes in your account and I'll tell you which lever moves first — and whether it's worth paying anyone to pull it.
No obligation, no long pitch. You keep the summary either way.
