Who runs this site
Leadivex is an independent, one-person performance marketing studio based in India, run by Mir Zikir Hilal. For anything in this policy, the contact is info@leadivex.com.
What the forms collect
There are two forms on this site. Both are handled by Netlify Forms, which stores submissions and emails them to me.
The free audit form

- Your email address
- Your business name
- Your website, if you give one
- Which advertising platforms you use
- A rough monthly ad budget range
- What you wrote about your current frustration
The contact form
- Your name
- Your email address

- Your message
Both forms include a hidden anti-spam field. If it gets filled in, the submission is discarded as automated. Nothing else is collected — no hidden fields, no fingerprinting, no tracking pixels inside the form.
If you message me on WhatsApp
WhatsApp conversations reach my personal device and are covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not mine. I keep those chats only as long as the conversation is useful, and I don’t add your number to any list or broadcast.
What I do with it
I use it to reply to you and, if you asked for an audit, to run the audit. That is the whole purpose.
I do not add you to a mailing list, send you a newsletter, sell your details, share them with advertisers or data brokers, or use them to build any kind of profile. If you never reply, you never hear from me again beyond that first response.
Analytics
At the time of writing, this site runs no analytics and sets no analytics cookies. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are built into the site but switched off, and no tracking script loads while that is the case. This is also why you see no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to yet.
When analytics is switched on, this section will be updated and a notice will appear at the bottom of the page on your first visit. At that point the site will use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to count visits and see which pages get read. Both set cookies and process data on their own infrastructure, which may be outside your country. I look at aggregate numbers only — page views, rough location, which page someone arrived from. I am not trying to identify individual visitors, and analytics data is not connected to form submissions.
Dismissing that notice, once it exists, stores a single flag in your browser’s local storage so it doesn’t reappear. That flag never leaves your device.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when a page loads.
How long it’s kept
Enquiries that don’t lead anywhere are deleted within 12 months. For clients, I keep what’s needed for the working relationship, and afterwards only what tax and accounting rules require me to keep.
Getting your data deleted
Email info@leadivex.com and ask. You don’t need to give a reason or use any particular wording. I’ll delete what I hold and confirm when it’s done, normally within a few days.
You can also ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for a copy.
Your ad accounts
Worth stating here as well as elsewhere: if you become a client, your Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Tag Manager accounts are created in your name and owned by you. I work inside your accounts as a user you can remove at any time. Your customers’ data stays yours — I don’t export it, copy it, or take it anywhere.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
