What these cover
Use of this website, and the general shape of a working engagement with Leadivex, an independent one-person performance marketing studio based in India and run by Mir Zikir Hilal. The specific scope, fee and dates for your project are set out in the written proposal I send you, and that document takes precedence over anything on this page.
Engagement
- Work begins once you’ve agreed a written proposal covering scope, fee and start date.
- Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it’s started, never added silently to an invoice.
- Monthly management runs month to month with no minimum lock-in. Either of us can end it with two weeks’ notice, which lets the current month’s work be finished and handed over cleanly.
- One-off projects, such as a tracking setup, end when the agreed deliverables are handed over and verified.
Fees and payment
- Fees are as stated in your proposal. Prices shown on the pricing page are starting points, not quotes.
- Ad spend is not included in any fee. You pay Google, Meta or any other platform directly, on accounts you own, using your own payment method. I never invoice you for media and never take a percentage of it.
- Monthly management is invoiced in advance of the month it covers. Project work is invoiced as set out in the proposal.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.
- Applicable taxes are added where they apply and shown separately on the invoice.
- If an invoice goes unpaid past its due date, I may pause work until it’s settled. I’ll tell you before that happens, not after.
You own your accounts and assets
This is the part worth reading twice, because it’s where agency relationships most often go wrong.
- Your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager and any other platform accounts are created in your name and owned by you.
- I work inside your accounts as a user you can add and remove at will. I don’t run your campaigns through a shared agency account.
- Creative I produce for you — including video ads and their source files — belongs to you once it’s paid for.
- Your data, your conversion history and your audiences stay with you. If we stop working together, I remove myself and nothing goes with me.
- You’re responsible for keeping your own billing details current with the platforms.
What you provide
- Access to the accounts and assets needed to do the work.
- Accurate information about your business, your offer and your margins — advice is only as good as what it’s based on.
- Reasonably timely responses on decisions that block progress.
- Responsibility for your own product claims, pricing and any regulated-industry requirements in your advertising.
What I don’t promise
No specific result is guaranteed. Paid advertising outcomes depend on your offer, your pricing, your landing pages, your competitors, seasonality and platform changes I don’t control. I’ll tell you honestly what I think is achievable and report what actually happened, including when it’s worse than hoped.
Platforms can also suspend accounts, change policies or alter how their systems work, sometimes without warning or explanation. I’ll help you deal with it, but I can’t be held responsible for it.
Confidentiality
Your account data, numbers and business information stay confidential. Nothing about your engagement is published as a case study, a testimonial or an example without your written permission — which is why this site currently has one case study rather than several.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability to you in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid me for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
